All orders ship free to every province and territory in Canada. There’s no minimum order amount.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Toronto), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Processing (handling) time: 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
Delivery time
- Transit time: 2–3 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our location in Concord, Ontario.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping address

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
