Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, to all provinces and territories in Canada, with no minimum order amount.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and take 2–3 business days in transit. Total delivery time is 3–5 business days.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, start processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on statutory holidays start processing the next business day.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not at the moment. We ship within Canada only.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Returns and refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We email you a free prepaid return label to download and print. There are no restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method, in CAD.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges. Simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at support@snowicool.shop as soon as possible.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Photos show the model listed. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
